Note of Inspiration
“I read Oprah Winfrey’s magazine, (June 2012 issue) two months ago and I was deeply touched. There was an article written by Martha Beck on the topic of making decisions. Two sentences that stood out to me were, “When you trade indecision for choice, you’ll be rewarded with either success or education. Guaranteed.”
Then I thought, so often we fear being bold. We are scared of making a decision & going after what we really want because there may be a ”negative outcome”. Not realizing that once we make up our minds, we should be excited about the journey we will go on. Things will not always be the way we’ve planned. However, when we make a decision, bad or good, wrong or right … It will give us wisdom and no matter what, we will always be where God wants us to be.
FACT: Had I not listened to my mind and trusted my heart, I would not be who I am today. Every choice has shaped me, left me with a lesson and made me better.”
